My Platopus Display is showing a Wifi/Ethernet Icon
If your Platopus Display screen is showing a WiFi/Ethernet Icon in the bottom left hand corner this is a sign that the app cannot communicate with our server.
This usually means that the screen or player is not connected to the Internet.
You can resolve this problem by checking your device's internet connection by checking it's ethernet cable or WiFi settings.
