Working with LED Matrix Displays
LED Matrix displays can be notoriously difficult to set-up and work with. We've tried to make it as simple as possible to work with these displays so that you can focus on the content and not worry too much about the technical aspects.
Firstly in Displays, navigate to the Video Wall section and set the size and position of the display. This lets the system know what size content the wall expects and where it needs to be positioned within a 16:9 screen in order to display.
Once this is set, the system will re-sample and position any content you upload to correctly display on your matrix.
When you prepare content, simply make sure that it is either full width or full height (depending on the aspect ration of your matrix) and in the correct aspect ratio. In the example above which has an aspect ratio of 9:2 (2304 x 512) you would need your content to be full 4K width (as the matrix is wider than a 2K/1920px screen) and 854px high (3840/9 * 2 = 853.333).
